 mixed in a tasty seasoning of grounded garlic and jalapeno peppers.






4. Szechwan Noodle Platter: Light and healthy steamed egg
noodles with special topping of ground pork, green peas,
 Chinese pickles, and onions.






5. Steamed Stuffed Tofu: Steamed, light soft tofu stuffed
with ground pork, shirmp, mushrooms, onions, and cilantro.





6. Yin Yang Fried Rice: A delicious two flavoring fried rice platter.
Two special flavors all on top of egg fried rice.
Flavor 1: Shredded Chicken and fresh tomatoes
stirred in sweet and sour sauce.
Flavor 2: Prawns in light egg white and peas sauce.

 

7. Fried Salt & Pepper Porkchops: Crispy pork chop slices
lightly fried with hot peppers and fresh garlic.





8. Lotus Root Mix: Fresh lotus root (crunchy texture) thinly
sliced and stir fried. MIxed with a variety of snow peas,
Chinese sausages, dried turnips, and sea fungus for added flavor.

 



9. Orange Spareribs: Fried sliced pork chops stirred
 in fresh orange sauce.





10. Fried Prawns with Salt & Pepper (& jalapenos): Fried Salt & Pepper whole prawns stirred in hot garlic and jalapenos(with head & shells)

 



11. Peking Duck: Traditional Chinese banquet-styled
whole duck with extra crispy skin and flavored mean.
Served with authentic flavored buns or crepes with Hoison Sauce.






12. Black Bean Sauce Chicken Platter: Stir- fried chicken pieces in
 flavorful black bean sauce sizzled on hot iron plate.







13. Combination Seafood Deluxe: A nice seafood variety of
fish fillet, prawns, calamari stir-fried with fresh seasonal vegetables.
